When will my package ship?
Our business days are Monday-Friday. This does not include holidays and weekends. Orders normally take 2-3 business days to prepare before they are shipped. However the current volume of orders & any current sales/promotions can prolong the shipping process. Also if your order includes any handmade bird, sugar glider or critter toys please be advised that our normal processing time does not apply to them. How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping to all 48 continental states in the US. To qualify for free shipping in the US your order total must be a minimum of $110.00 after all other discounts and promotions are deducted in one single transaction. This offer cannot be used with other coupon codes. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method used. Please visit our shipping page for additional information about shipping.
Can my order be picked up in person?
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Orders must be picked up within 7 business days. Please call us to schedule an appointment.
How do I know my order was processed successfully?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation to confirm that your order has been received. If you do not receive this email please contact us.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your package is shipped you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment of your order. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible orders cannot be changed after they have been placed.
I forgot to add an item and I already checked out. Can I add it to my previous order?
If you need to add an item to a previous order, it must be done so WITHIN 24 hours of from the time your first order was placed. We will not send an invoice for this item. You must order it through the website and pay the second shipping charge. Please include a note in the comments section at checkout stating “COMBINE WITH PREVIOUS ORDER”. Adding additional items may or may not affect the shipping charge that was calculated for your first order. We will refund the excess shipping charges AFTER your order is processed, packed, weighed and the exact shipping charges are known to us. Any orders placed exceeding the 24 hours will be shipped separately and no shipping charges will be refunded. *Separate orders cannot be combined to reach the free shipping promotion or any other offers. In order to qualify for free shipping or any other offers, you must meet the requirements in one single transaction.*
I forgot to add a coupon code to my order. Can you add it to my previous order?
Once your order is placed changes cannot be made. Please be sure that the contents of your cart are correct & any coupons are added PRIOR to checking out. On the rare occasion that an active coupon code is not working, please leave a note in the comments section with the coupon code when you check out & we will adjust the charges. Please be aware that if you qualified for free shipping that you may or may not still qualify for free shipping once a coupon code is applied.
An item in my order arrived damaged and/or is missing. What do I do?
If an item was damaged during shipping please notify us immediately upon receiving your package. Please keep the damaged item, the shipping box and the packing materials. We may ask for pictures of the damages. If your package arrives with excessive exterior damage be sure the carrier makes a note of that before accepting the package. All packages are insured USPS for $50.00. A claim must be made with the USPS as damaged goods upon arrival are due to handling during shipment. Please be ready to provide your email address, phone number, order number and the item number. If you do not notify us within 5 business days a claim can no longer be made.
If you are missing an item or received another item instead please notify us immediately. Do not discard the shipping box or packing materials. Oftentimes smaller items can be hidden in packing materials, inside bigger items or it may have been bagged with another item. Please recheck your box and other items. As much as we hate to admit it, we do make mistakes now and then. Humans are packing your orders. If we made a mistake we will do whatever we have to keep you happy and to keep you ordering! Please supply your order number and the item number as well as your email address used with your order if it differs from the one you are contacting us with. We will get the correct product to you at no additional charge.
