We ship WORLDWIDE! Please read our shipping policies carefully prior to placing an order.

Due to the closing of our store, orders are taking longer to fulfill due to the influx of orders. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship.

We are located in Holland, Ohio (near Toledo). Due to being very close to the OH/MI line our nearest sorting facility is in Sterling Heights, MI. You may notice your package will go north, before traveling south. There is no need to worry! Please allow your tracking number 24-48 hours to update.

Please note that processing time & shipping time are not the same. Processing time refers to the time once your order is received, packed & prepared for shipment at Noahs Ark And Novelty. Shipping time refers to the expected time spent in transit from the carrier's facility to your home once the package has been received by the carrier.

USA Shipping

Processing Time: Orders normally take 5-15 business days to package & process before they are shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday. This does not include holidays and weekends. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday prior to 12PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be considered the first business day. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday after 12PM, the following business day will be considered the first business day to begin processing orders. Any orders placed after 12PM on Friday and orders placed on Saturdays Sundays, Monday is considered the first business day. If you need your items by a specific date please calculate the processing & shipping times to ensure you receive your package in time. Please check the shipping maps below to have a better idea at the expected travel time your package has depending on your location & mail carriers.

Shipping Rates: Shipping Rates are as follows, a flat fee of $10.50 for all orders will be charged plus 15% of your website order. WE WILL REFUND the excess shipping once your order has been packed & label printed. At the same extent, if the website under calculates the cost of shipping & handling, we may request the additional shipping charge. We extend our shipping discounts on to our customers! We do our best to find the most affordable way to ship to you. We ONLY charge exact shipping costs +/- $1-2. We do not charge any processing or handling fees.

Shipping Methods: We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). When shipping with USPS shipping cost are based on Priority and Parcel Post Mail. We will ship using the less expensive method. Please check the carrier's site on the whereabouts of your shipment before contacting us regarding a delayed or missing package. A tracking number is sent to the email address you provide when your order is placed.

  • USPS Priority Shipping: Priority mail is our preferred shipping method with USPS. Priority mail takes 1-3 business days in transit once your package has been received at the USPS facility and includes a tracking number. Please be advised that priority mail is NOT an expedited service for order fulfilment at Noahs Ark And Novelty. Priority mail is simply a standard shipping method that provides fast & affordable delivery for items over 13 ounces & at no extra charge to our customers. If you need your order expedited please refer to the information below.

  • USPS First Class Shipping: First Class Shipping can take 1-14 business days although most packages are delivered within 5 days. If your package is under 13 ounces we may be able to ship your order First Class at a cheaper rate. Please leave a note stating "Please ship First Class if available" in the comment section at checkout and we will refund the difference in shipping.

  • UPS GROUND: UPS Ground takes 1-6 business days and includes a tracking number. You may choose to ship with UPS although their shipping rates are typically much more expensive than USPS. Processing Time: We ship international packages a minimum of 1 time per week. This is due to international packages requiring customs paperwork and physical scans at the post office.

We love our International buyers and will find the BEST possible price for you!. We exhaust all of the different options available so we are sure we are getting the best rates for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our international buyers. We just want to assure that you get the best possible rate when shipping your goods! Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

    ALL international orders that are cancelled due to nonpayment of their shipping invoice will pay a 30% restocking fee. ALL shipping invoices must be paid with in 7 days of being sent:

    USPS also offers First Class International for packages weighing under 4lbs. This ranges from $10-$28 depending on location and weight.

    Customs Charges/Duty Fees: Noahs Ark And Novelty is not responsible for customs requirements or charges added by your country. Most countries charge taxes for purchases outside of the country that exceed a certain amount; these are called duty fees. Most countries such as Australia allow packages of up to $1000.00 USD duty free. The UK charges duty fees on most packages. You will be required to pay this at the time of delivery.

    Receiving Your Order

    Missing Items: If you are missing an item or received the wrong item instead please notify us via email within 72 hours from receiving your package. Do not discard the shipping box or packing materials. Often times smaller items can be hidden in packing materials, inside bigger items or it may have been bagged with another item. Please recheck your box and other items. As much as we hate to admit it, we do make mistakes now and then. If we made a mistake we will do whatever we have to in order to keep you happy! Please supply your order number and the item number as well as your email address. We will get the correct product sent to you at no additional charge. If you do not notify us within 3 business days a claim can no longer be made.

    Damaged Packages: If an item was damaged during shipping please notify us immediately. Please keep the damaged item, the shipping box and the packing materials. We may ask for pictures of the damaAll packages are insured USPS for $50.00. A claim must be made with the USPS as damaged goods upon arrival are due to handling during shipment. Here is the link to file your claim For UPS damages please contact us direct so we may aid you in the documents needed. If your package arrives with excessive exterior damage be sure the carrier makes a note of the damages in their system before accepting the package. We recommend taking pictures prior to opening your package and pictures of the contents inside incase a claim needs to be made with the postal service. Please be ready to provide your email address, phone number, order number and the item number for damaged items.. If you do not notify us within 5 business days a claim can no longer be made.

    Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for your package once the post office has delivered your package to the address you provided. We cannot take responsibility for theft at the address you provide us. Please request Signature Confirmation at check out if you are shipping to a business address, live in an apartment, a townhouse or in an unsecure area.

    Lost Packages: If you have given your package the proper time period to arrive and it has not, please contact Noahs Ark And Novelty with the following information.
    1. Date of your order
    2. Order Number
    3. Name on your order
    4. Shipping address on your order

    Packages Returned For A Bad Address: You are responsible for providing us with the correct address. If the postal service returns your package to us because you provided an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional charges to reship your order. You will be notified by email and will be required to make payment for the additional shipping charges within 3 business days. If you do not make payment within 3 days, you will receive a store credit minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We are sorry we cannot offer you a refund. You will be given a store credit you can use at any time to repurchase your items.

    Packages deserted, cancelled OR Returned For Failure To Pick Up By The Customer: If your package is sent with a signature confirmation or duty fees are required at pick up (outside the USA) and you fail to pick the package up it will be returned to us within 2 weeks. We will put the items back into inventory and you will receive a store credit minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We are sorry we cannot offer you a refund. You will be given a store credit you can use at any time to repurchase your items. Filing a chargeback in these cases will result in a suspension from ordering with us in the future.
